Shipping carriers
We ship via trusted global carriers including FedEx, DHL, USPS, SkyNet, and UPS. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on your location and the most efficient available route. You will be notified of your carrier and tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

Incorrect shipping address

We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, Wonder Jackets is not responsible for delivery failure due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wonderjackets.com. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
