Incorrect shipping address

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wonderjackets.com. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

It took a hot minute for it to ship but when it did it was pretty fast, the jacket is really good and comfortable but the zipper does get stuck a lot but thats the only down side I have. All in all very good and is real
