Cancellation Policy
At Wonder Jackets, we understand that plans may change, and we offer a flexible cancellation and modification policy for your orders. Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel or make changes. To initiate this process, kindly provide your order number along with a brief reason for cancellation. If any concerns arise regarding your order, feel free to reach out to us promptly, as we strive to resolve issues efficiently.
Given that our jackets are crafted by hand, please be aware that shipping may take a bit longer. We initiate production as soon as an order is placed to expedite the overall process. Our catalog boasts a diverse range of custom jackets tailored to your preferences.
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please notify us via email at hello@oah.awf.mybluehost.me within the initial 24 hours. Orders exceeding this timeframe will proceed to production and may incur a restocking fee of $30 for alterations, exchanges, or returns if production has already commenced. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Once materials have been utilized, the product becomes the customer’s property and cannot be halted. However, if our team has not yet initiated production, we will make efforts to accommodate changes on a case-by-case basis, although we cannot guarantee success.
Custom jackets or those made to specific sizes may require 3–4 weeks for completion and shipment, while standard jackets typically take 2–3 weeks. Please note that rush orders are non-refundable as they are prioritized in our production queue immediately.

We endeavor to accommodate changes within a 24-hour window, but assurance beyond that time frame is not guaranteed. We encourage thorough reading of our product pages and size charts and welcome any questions you may have.
Orders canceled within 24 hours, with the order number and reasons provided via email, qualify for refunds to the original payment method. Past the 24-hour mark and during production, the refund policy shifts to store credit or exchange only, accompanied by a restocking fee.
