Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has shipped.

Note: Custom or personalized orders may require an additional 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.

We ship worldwide. Free shipping on orders over $139 is available to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

For all other international destinations, Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at info@wonderjackets.com before placing your order.

Shipping carriers

We ship via trusted global carriers including FedEx, DHL, USPS, SkyNet, and UPS. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on your location and the most efficient available route. You will be notified of your carrier and tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

Duties, taxes & customs

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Wonder Jackets has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect shipping address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@wonderjackets.com.

We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, Wonder Jackets is not responsible for delivery failure due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wonderjackets.com. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Delays & exceptions

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

• We will provide the return address in the United States. Do not send items back without confirmation.
• Pack items securely and share the return shipping receipt or tracking number.
• If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/incorrect item), we cover return shipping costs.
• For size or preference returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.

Refund and Timeline

• Refunds begin once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Expect a refund within 20 business days (approx. 4 weeks).
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, store credit or an alternate method will be offered.
