Shipping carriers

We ship via trusted global carriers including FedEx, DHL, USPS, SkyNet, and UPS. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on your location and the most efficient available route. You will be notified of your carrier and tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.

Incorrect shipping address

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
