Basic Terms & Conditions

The rules we’ve set apply to everyone who uses our website. These rules cover all the things you can do using our website. Wonder Jackets can revise these rules as per their policy standards.

Payment Methods & Order Confirmation

At WJ, we accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks or cash in hand. We use SSL encryption to keep your card details safe, and secure.

Every payment needs to be verified by the email address that you provide for the purchase. Prices and availability of products on our website are subject to change. Any mistake accounted for will be fixed immediately.

Despite our best efforts, there might be rare cases where a product is incorrectly priced among the many listed. We catch these errors during our thorough quality checks when dispatching orders. If a product’s actual price is lower than what’s listed, we’ll refund the difference to the customer.

If it’s higher, we’ll either contact the customer directly or cancel the order and explain why. Once we’ve confirmed shipping, we’re not obligated to sell the product at a lower price.

Product Fairness

Just remember, leather is natural, so each piece is one-of-a-kind. They might have different marks, textures, and colors. Even within one piece, you might see variations. Sometimes, the dye from leather can rub off and stain other stuff. Wonder Jackets isn’t responsible for this and won’t give money back. Also, the colors you see on the website might look different depending on your computer or monitor settings. We can’t guarantee they’ll match exactly.

Safe Production Code

We make sure our products are safe for you and the environment by following strict rules about chemicals during production. Our policies meet the safety laws of the country where our suppliers are based. None of our leather products contain harmful chemicals.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, you can do so within fifteen (15) business days of your invoice/product dispatch, otherwise, you will not be able to cancel and the transaction will not be returned.

For cancellation, you’ll need to contact our support team and add an order cancellation request.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Just like order cancellation, you have 15 days after receiving your order to change your mind. During this time, you can open the product and check if it’s what you want. If it’s not, you can return the items and either get your money back or exchange them for a different size.

You’ll get a full refund sent to your account if the product is still in brand-new condition, and if the tags/labels are still intact. The refund will be sanctioned using the original payment method. However, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.

Wonder Jackets will not be responsible for freight, excise, and other forms of taxes that will be incurred from your returns.

Subscription & Account Registration

Registered users need to keep their accounts private and not share their login details with anyone. People who are under 18 shouldn’t sign up or buy anything from the website otherwise the account will be terminated and their purchase in transit will be blocked.
