Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging.
• Customized or personalized items are returnable only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Process for Refunds

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@wonderjackets.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
• Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must send the product back to the designated sender location provided during the refund process.
• Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund criteria.
• Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same steps outlined above. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Production Begins (Within 24 Hours): Orders can be canceled for a full refund.
• After 24 Hours but Before Production Begins: If the order is canceled after 24 hours but production has not started, a deduction of up to 10% of the paid amount may apply to cover administrative costs.
• After Production Begins: Once production has started, cancellations are subject to deductions of up to 35% of the payment to cover production costs.
  After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Customers can initiate a return within 30 days as per our refund policy.
• Custom-Made Products: Due to the nature of custom-made products, cancellations after production begins may not be possible. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Check your bank or payment account for pending transactions.
• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
• Refunds processed through third-party gateways may take additional time based on the provider’s processing timeline.
