- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund criteria.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy

- Before Production Begins (Within 24 Hours): Orders can be canceled for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours but Before Production Begins: If the order is canceled after 24 hours but production has not started, a deduction of up to 10% of the paid amount may apply to cover administrative costs.
- After Production Begins: Once production has started, cancellations are subject to deductions of up to 35% of the payment to cover production costs.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Customers can initiate a return within 30 days as per our refund policy. - Custom-Made Products: Due to the nature of custom-made products, cancellations after production begins may not be possible. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
